INGREDIENTS
For the covering:
2 cups crude almonds
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp maple syrup
For the filling:
2 cups drenched cashews
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup mapple syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries
Start by beating the almonds, maple syrup, and salt until you arrive at a fine supper that can be formed without your hands.
Pack the hull down into a lubed biscuit tin and put it away
Make the filling by mixing all fixings until smooth. An empty portion of the blend into the biscuit tins and save half for the blueberry layer
Blend in the blueberries until smooth at that point layer on top of the biscuit tins.
Freeze for 3 hours at least and bring out 10 minutes before you need to eat them!
