How to Make Pina Colada Chia Pudding

🦋Chia pudding is perfect for meal prep, loaded with omegas, and tastes amazing!!


👉This makes enough for 2 serves but feel free to double the recipe!!

✨INGREDIENTS✨

1/4 cup chia seeds


2 cups coconut milk


2 tbsp ground flax


1 tb sp mapple syrup


1 tsp vanilla


2 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut



2 cups chopped pineapple
✅Add everything to a jar except for the desiccated coconut & pineapple.


💜Shake to combine and take in the fridge all night or for a minimum of 6 hours until it becomes thick!
🥄 Mix in the desiccated coconut then layer in a glass or jar with pineapple and top with more coconut!
