✨INGREDIENTS✨ 


Potatoes, olive oil, S&P (for fries) 

✨VEGAN CHEESE✨ 

1/2 cup cashews 


1 tbsp lemon juice 

1 tbsp apple juice vinegar 

6 tbsp healthful yeast 

1 tsp salt 


✨GRAVY✨ 


2 cups veggie stock 

1 tbsp onion powder 

3 tbsp healthful yeast 

1 tbsp soy sauce 

1/2 tsp Dijon or ordinary mustard 

2 tbsp cornstarch (blended in with 3 tbsp water) 

👉 Slice potatoes into fry shapes, season, and prepare @450 for 40 min flipping part of the way through 

✅Blend the cheddar fixings at that point heat over a burner until thick and stretchy. Give cool at that point break access to scaled-down pieces. 

💜Bring sauce fixings to a stew and add cornstarch slurry, cook for a couple of moments until thick. 

🙌 Top the singed with cheddar curds, sauce, and chives if you have them!!
