Fluffy Vegan Buttermilk Pancakes

These hotcakes are sooo heavenly you will have a hard time believing they're solid! I generally pair them with a blueberry chia jam I'll put the formula beneath!!

Feathery Vegan Buttermilk Pancakes



INGREDIENTS


325ml plant milk (I like utilizing soy for this formula) 

2 dates (or 2 tbsp maple syrup) 


1.5 tsp vanilla 

188g oat flour 

1.5 tbsp heating powder 

3/4 tsp salt 

Blend your plant milk and date together in a fast blender (if you don't have dates you could likewise blend in 1 tbsp maple syrup). Add the remainder of the wet fixings at that point let the blend sit for 5 minutes to sour 

 Mix together your dry fixings at that point include your wet fixing and blend, however, be mindful so as not to over-blend or the flapjacks with not be as feathery! 

Let the hitter sit for 5 minutes at that point make your blueberry chia jam 

 To a pot add 1.5 cup new or frozen blueberries and 1/2 tbsp chia seeds. Let that stew for 5-10 minutes over medium warmth. 

Assemble your hotcakes and appreciate them!!!
