SOFT & FLUFFY LEMON MUG CAKE ( high protein / low calorie )

This recipe can be made;
INGREDIENTS:
•20g vanilla whey protein powder
•1 tsp baking powder
•1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice(5ml)
•1/2 tsp lemon zest
•Sweetener drops/powder (to your taste)
•7g (1 tbsp / 15ml) coconut flour*
•10g plain flour OR oat flour for gluten-free
•1/4 cup water/milk (60ml)
•1 large egg
* I highly recommend using coconut flour if you can. However, you can substitute it for oat flour; however, it does alter the texture a bit, but it still tastes amazing!
Toppings:
I added
a sprinkle of poppy seeds and
10g white chocolate (54 cals)
1.) Together with all the ingredients, except the water, in a mug
2.) Add 1/4 cup of water in small increments, mixing well in between, to avoid lumps.
3.) Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
